New vocab unit 6 this two weeks
Tues- "Can you set yourself free?" History video of Frederick Douglas' life on your online resource
Also, tonight read 558 from "The Autobiography of Frederick Douglas" for Weds.  We will discuss and have a quiz, too.  You can use your notes.
Weds-"Completing the Sentences"  with review of Douglas and quiz. (We're going to start review of Parts of Speech, so that more students have an understanding of sentence structure so that we can use punctuation correctly).  
Thurs- more grammar and start Lincoln.  This was an "ice day" so we will continue on Friday.
Friday- Ants and Syns in vocab; Lincoln and "The Gettysburg Address"; we will finish with the "Proclamation" on Monday (584-90) Also, do CTRW in vocab for Monday.  Bring worksheets to class for a continuation of grammar.
