We started a new book this week, a memoir, An Ordinary Man by Paul Rusesabagina about the 1994 massacre of 800,000 people in three months by machete!
We ready the intro together and discussed it, especially the impact  of words used both positively and negatively.
Oral grades were given in class on Tues to those who thoroughly answered questions to share in class.  I provided a handout which is attached to this note, too.
Weds- work on Annotated Bib day with laptopsn
Thurs- more AOM; finish chapter 2 and handout for reading 3;
Friday- half the hour will be spent filling out the Gallup Poll.  I will be working with Be the Change  in the morning, but I will be in my afternoon classes.  Keep reading your articles and be ready to hand in your Annotated Bibs next week.

Keep up the good work!
